I was born in Vienna in 1977 and for as long as I can remember I wanted to work in films. After having gained my first experiences as a runner and eventually assistant director, I went to London in 1998 and studied the "Art and Technique Of Film Making" at the London Film School (formerly London International Film School).

I co-founded Shadowsnake Films UK and co-wrote, co-produced and co-directed "The Mindscape Of Alan Moore", a feature-length documentary on both the life and the mind of one of England's most renowned writers of graphic novels. The film won the "Special Recognition Award for Creative Achievement" at the San Francisco World Film Festival in 2003.

I went back to Vienna after that and worked as in-house director at Tale Film until 2012 and independently ever since. For more details, please see my complete Filmography.
